Everytime I turn on my printer my computer has to go through configuring it before I can use it. Could it be that I have it plugged into a different USB location on back of my computer since relocating my desk? Or do I need to uninstall and reinstall? |

Hi LaRue. Try looking in the device manager to see what the status of your printer is right now. You can get to the device manager by going Start > Settings > Control Panel. Then double click on the System control panel. Then click on the Hardware tab and then click on the Device Manager. You should be able to see your printer in the list of devices and see what its current status is. |

I downloaded appropriate file. It says a more recent version of software for this product is already installed on your computer. When I go to print it says printer has been deleted |
