| Coaching on November 27, 2015 | | Rating After two and a half years of putting up with the niingglg stupidities of HP compounded by the stubborn madness of Microsoft Vista, I dumped (yes, literally) my high-end HP Pavilion laptop: better to throw it away than to inflict it on some one else. I replaced it with the 15-inch Apple. What a relief not to have that deadly, lumbering, ponderous combination of HP and Microsoft every time you log on. (Unfortunately, my desk top computer is HP and it is infected with Vista. That's next on the list for the dump.)Go Apple! I wish I had years ago. The small increment in dollars is worth it (yes, the percentage seems large, but the dollar difference is actually small especially when you consider how much time you spend doing things on a computer, the relief from frustration is well worth the extra. Apple cares about making equipment that intuitively serves YOU, not in trying to make you conform to how some weenie-geek at Redmond thinks you should behave. What's in the water in Redmond?Free yourself. You'll be glad you did. |
